Rebellion may take various routes. In November one has an opportunity to basically mock the vote. Aside from this, perhaps we need to have tax protests by refusing to pay any tax. Lastly we may be forced to prepare for martyrdom as all rebellion will go the way of the Boxer Rebellion.
