By 2025 the world will break out into total war, this will be due to the Apophis Asteroid before its 2029 pass, I can already see the media spooking the people of the world with suttle reports 1 in 300 chance of impact on the NASA website. Really it's not difficult to see this coming, they just need to convince enough people which hemisphere of the planet its most likely to impact to start the dominoe. Every piece of land within a 1000 miles of the projected impact point will instantly become worthless. Whole countries will mobilize and Armies will move. Lets say the media projects it has a likely chance of hitting in the USA, does anyone believe China or Russia will let us all move their and keep our freedoms? or Vise versa? Then consider the billions that have been spent building the seed vaults with hardly a squeek from the media. Just think about it how much does it cost to construct 1400 of these reiforced concrete facilities around the world in the places that are frozen year round. Not to mention you have to keep a maintance crew and have a delivery system to get the seeds back out. Look at the way governments have spent money like it really doesnt matter?
