So, basically if you serve your country for 20 years or more and get out under honorable conditions. And, oh by the way if you happened to get mentally damage during that time or financially unstable. Your country is going to label you as a felon...and take away you and your families constitutional right to purchase a firearm or right to be hired on a job that does background checks, because you are labeled as a felon.
