There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands or more people that will not comply. People WILL band together, people WILL fight back, and not just your average every day Joe and Jane. Group's like the OK's are primarily made up of law enforcement personal and military, active and retired. You would be surprised how many will not comply with their orders. This Karger guy needs to learn more about the history of warfare, the largest and most advanced forces do NOT always win and where the peoples will is strong, courage and perseverance will prove to be a more devastating weapon than any person can wield.
