Case in point is an ILLEGAL who has over 30 convictions was arrested recently then released. What??? Yes he was released even though a large number of his crimes were violent which means there were victims. So this begs the question what are all those facilities for since they are clearly not trying to decrease the population of people here ILLEGALLY.
