If he is impeached by the current congress, they are stating that he is a duly elected president. If that becomes the case, then all of the bills he signed into law become the law of the land....including "Oh Bummer Care." He needs to be thrown out of office and imprisoned for election fraud and numerous other felonies. In this latter case, every law signed by him, while usurping the office of president, is null and void ab initio. You cannot impeach a usurper.
