If they were responding "with the biggest environmental response" then TOXIC Corexit would not be allowed by the EPA and Kevin Costner's and other companies' centrifugal oil separators would have been on the scene from DAY ONE as well as all of BP's idle Supertankers that could have sucked up most of this oil and kept it under control. They could have used "Oil Sponge" instead of toxic COrexit that soaks up the oil and turns it into biodegradable matter that is non toxic to marine life.
