If you haven’t realized by now that the American Left is utilizing age-old Marxism and Leninism to destroy our founding, our society, and our culture and replace it with totalitarianism, you’re not paying attention.
And maybe you’re not yet paying that much attention because you’re not aware of how such movements have historically carried out their ‘revolutions.’
A glimpse into a some of the 20th century’s most violent authoritarian upheavals will certainly go a long way towards helping you understand exactly what’s going on in our country right now — the tearing down of statues, the desecration of historical memorials, and calls from the Left-wing Democrat propagandists in the media to eliminate historical figures like all four presidents engraved on Mount Rushmore (yes, The New York Times actually called for that).

Writing for his blog, Kurt Nimmo notes the history of Cambodian dictator Pol Pot, whose “Year Zero” campaign not only wiped away the country’s history, but in doing so left an estimated 1.5 – 2 million citizens (roughly a quarter of the population at the time) dead as part of his ‘cultural’ cleanse:
Pol Pot was a Marxist-Leninist, a student of Mao, and the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Kampuchea from 1963 to 1981. He turned Cambodia into a one-party dictatorship. He dreamed of converting his country into an agrarian socialist society he believed would evolve into a communist society. In order to realize that objective, millions were forced to toil in the countryside. “Bad elements” and “New People”—intellectuals, government officials, Buddhists, shopkeepers, disfavored ethnicities—were either worked to death in rural collectives or executed outright.
The Year Zero philosophy went something like this: Before him, there was nothing to Cambodia. No progress, no culture, no society, nothing worth preserving. Only after he took power did the country’s real ‘history’ begin.
Nimmo notes that we are approaching a Year Zero moment in America, as the Left’s cultural cleansing has already begun with the destruction of historical figures and monuments. The U.S. ‘cultural revolution’ is being led by Marxists like Patrisse Cullors, a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement. In recent weeks, she proudly admitted that she is a “trained Marxist” who is fluent in the ideology (as well as the history of how it has been implemented in various countries around the world, presumably).

“Other experts have remarked that they see BLM as a global threat aimed at taking out the world’s foremost defender of individual liberty and freedom.
“I see Black Lives Matter and Antifa as part of a global Marxist effort to destroy the United States,” Dr. Carol M. Swain, a retired Professor of Political Science and Law at Vanderbilt University who is black, told Sputnik.
“Their goals are more about attaining political power and money than protecting minorities and improving society. Their organizational goals might be quite different from the goals of the protesters concerned about police brutality and discrimination,” she added.
Lenin, who led a violent civil war and cultural revolution in post-World War I Russia, birthing the Soviet Union, once observed, “When it comes time to hang the capitalists, they will vie with each other for the rope contract.”
We are seeing that everywhere now. Hundreds of major U.S. corporations are tripping over themselves to accommodate and virtue signal to the BLM. American pro sports leagues are doing the same thing.
So are politicians — including Republicans, two of which just proposed eliminating Columbus Day as a federal holiday and replacing it with “Juneteenth Day,” the day all American slaves were emancipated.
That said, Nimmo doesn’t believe the ruling class and super-rich will allow groups like BLM and Antifa complete control and may only be using them now to push the country in the direction they want it to go…socialist-Left.
“The ruling elite, the financial class that has profited so mightily from theft and violence, will not allow Marxists and black hoodie nihilists to spawn a violent revolution,” he writes.
“After Donald Trump is deposed, the rulers and their political class will turn on the more radical elements of the left. A watered-down version of socialism will be rolled out to placate the masses now facing a Greater Depression and a final nail in the coffin of a battered middle class.”
Either way, the final light still shining from our glorious founding and experiment in self-rule will be extinguished. Then it will take another violent revolution of independence to restore it.
Most younger Americans are really stupid to not stand up and fight against these lefting groups, unless they want their kids and g’kids to grow up under communism which I assume they really want.
