Former Speaker Newt Gingrich went on with Laura Ingraham on Monday following a weekend of Mitt Romney attacking President Trump and the unveiling of his secret Twitter account — “Pierre Delecto.”

Newt initially held back but then went off on Romney and his position in current political culture.

“Newt Gingrich: The truth is I don’t pay attention to Mitt Romney. I don’t think Mitt Romney matters in the long run of American political history. He certainly does not matter in a Donald Trump Republican Party. I think he is a fossilized element of a party that is disappearing. It doesn’t offend me.

That had to hurt, Mr. Delecto!
