Elon Musk issues terrifying prediction of ‘AI robot swarms’ and huge threat to mankind
ELON MUSK issued a chilling prediction on the future of Artificial Intelligence and explained how it could prove to be the worlds “biggest existential threat”.

CEO billionaire Elon Musk warned of the rapid rate at which Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advancing. Mr Musk took to Twitter to voice his concern and fears regarding the threat advanced AI poses to the human race. This comes after Robotics company Boston Dynamics released footage of their latest Artificial Intelligence robot Atlas that can perform gymnastic manoeuvres with pinpoint precision.
Mr Musk Tweeted: If advanced AI (beyond basic bots) hasn’t been applied to manipulate social media, it won’t be long before it is.
“Anonymous bot swarms deserve a closer examination.
“If they’re evolving rapidly, something’s up.”
The SpaceX CEO has often been outspoken on his fear of advanced artificial intelligence posing a threat to human life.
