Dozens of migrants showed how easy it was to cross the border between the US and Mexico in a shocking new video taken where the wall fence ends in Arizona.

In the video, tweeted Wednesday by the US Customs and Border Protection in Arizona, a group of 66 people are seen walking up to where the border fence ends east of Sasabe.

They then just simply cross the border ‘where the fence ends,’ tweeted border patrol officials.

‘Wednesday morning a group of 66 people, mostly family units, crossed the border where the fence ends east of Sasabe,’ officials wrote in the Tweet.

‘Video shows the group approaching the fence and walking to the end. 30% of apprehensions in the #TucsonSector are family units surrendering to #BorderPatrol,’ the Tweet explains.

Border patrol officials did not say whether the families were suspected of having ties to drug smugglers, as others have been reported.

‘Human smugglers often use family unit groups as cover for other illicit smuggling activities,’ wrote the border patrol in a statement released about three other migrant groups nabbed crossing the border this past week.

“This week, #TucsonSector Border Patrol agents encountered three groups of 98, 66, and 78 people east of Sasabe. The three groups, comprised mostly of Central American families, surrendered to agents after crossing the border illegally,’ tweeted border patrol officials about the apprehensions Friday.

Officials said they have seen large groups of families shifting from the Lukeville area to Sasabe over the course of the summer.
