Police: Twice-deported Honduran Murdered Nanny. ICE Collars MS-13 Killer, Deports Indian Murder Suspect

It was the usual headline, and the usual headline got it wrong:
“New Jersey man charged in murder of jogger Carolina Cano, who was found strangled in park,” reported NBC News. Except that it wasn’t a “New Jersey man.”
The suspect is a Honduran. And an illegal alien.
And he isn’t the only recently caught illegal-alien criminal.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement locked up an illegal-alien killer last month in New York on charges of re-entering the United States. He’s also an MS-13 member. ICE also deported an illegal-alien murder suspect back to India.
Upshot of the two stories: Our towns and cities are infested with dangerous illegal-alien criminals.
Murder in New Jersey
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said officers found Carolina Caro, a 45-year-old Peruvian nanny, in a lake in Jersey City’s Lincoln Park. “The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has determined the cause of death to be homicidal violence including strangulation and water submersion and the manner of death to be homicide.”
The suspect is Jorge Alberto Rios-Doblado, whom police charged with kidnapping, murder, and sex assault.
But again, the “New Jersey” man isn’t from the Garden State. He’s a twice-deported Honduran.
Rios-Doblado “has been removed from the country on two prior occasions, in 2003 and 2004,” the Jersey Journal reported. “ICE officials also said Rios initially entered the country illegally.”
ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations bureau put a detainer on Rios-Doblado, the Journal reported. But American taxpayers will support Rios-Doblado for some 30 years in prison before ICE can deport him.
Jersey City is an official sanctuary, a policy that even invited the criticism, after Caro’s murder, of a Democrat city councilman who voted for it, the Journal reported. Sanctuary opponents didn’t pin blame for Caro’s murder on the policy, but it is time, the councilman said, to “close the border.”
In Jersey City, the Journal reported, illegal aliens come and go as they please:
Rios was at the Belmont Avenue building to visit residents of his former first floor apartment on the weekend Cano was raped and killed, one resident of the building said. Little is known about Rios, who authorities said Wednesday works at a Jersey City company that cleans stores.
A manager at the cleaning company, USA Steam Cleaning, said Rios applied for work in November and said he had citizenship documentation. He said Rios came back several times but never provided his documentation and as a result, never worked for the company.
“We told him to bring paperwork and he didn’t have it,” said Rolando Velazquez, an accountant for the company. “This is not uncommon. It happens once or twice a month.”
Meanwhile, a resident of the Belmont Avenue apartment where Rios had lived said he often appeared to be intoxicated.
Why the “manager” at USA Steam Cleaning didn’t call ICE we are not given to know.
We do know this: A twice-deported Honduran who never should have been in the country is suspected or murdering an innocent woman.
MS-13 Killer Collared, Illegal-alien Murder Suspect Deported
Meanwhile, ICE collared a previously deported Salvadoran killer a month ago in New York.
MS-13 member William Umberto Martinez Chavez, 40, “illegally returned to the United States after he served a lengthy New York State jail term for a homicide conviction on Long Island and was deported to El Salvador,” a federal prosecutor said:
Martinez Chavez, a Salvadoran national, was deported from the United States in October 2017, after having been convicted in May 2002 of manslaughter in connection with a May 2000 stabbing outside a deli in Huntington. Martinez Chavez stabbed the victim, severing his aorta and causing his death. The defendant has admitted to previously being a member of the MS-13 gang and still has MS-13 tattoos, including on his abdomen and “Mara Salvatrucha” on his chest.
