The deranged pamphlet calls for the killing of London mayor Sadiq Khan and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. At least 49 people were killed and 20 seriously wounded in Friday’s slaughter at two Christchurch mosques. Three men and a woman have been arrested, with one man charged as police warned more suspects could be at large. A man in his late twenties was charged with murder and will appear in court on Saturday morning, police confirmed.

Tarrant, 28, allegedly live-streamed the carnage on Facebook during the attack on worshippers at Friday afternoon prayers at the Al Noor mosque, which left 41 people dead.

Another seven people were massacred at the Linwood Masjid Mosque with another victim dying in hospital.

In his chilling ‘The Great Replacement’ document, Tarrant said he was influenced by far-right Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik, who murdered 77 people in 2011.

Turkish leader Recep Erdogan was also targeted in the depraved “manifesto”.

The hate-filled document also names Finsbury Park terrorist Darren Osborne, who killed one worshipper and injured several others in a van attack on a north London mosque in 2017, as an inspiration for Friday’s mosque attacks.

The twisted rant talks about England’s Rotherham sex-gang scandal and praises racist US mass murderer Dylann Roof, who shot dead nine African Americans at a church in 2015.

As well as references to far-right terrorists, the video game Fortnite is praised in the chilling pamphlet.

The Christchurch suspect claimed to be “just a ordinary White man, 28 years old. Born in Australia in a working class, low income family.

“My parents are of Scottish, Irish and English stock. I had a regular childhood, without any great issues”.

Mr Khan said: “London stands with the people of Christchurch in the face of this horrific terror attack.

“London will always celebrate the diversity that some seek to destroy.

“I want to reassure the Muslim communities in London.

“I have been in touch with the Met Police. There will be highly visible policing around mosques today, as well as armed response officers, as Londoners go to pray.”

Mrs Merkel said she was “devastated” by the attacks.

She said: ”I mourn with the New Zealanders for their fellow citizens who were attacked and been murdered out of racial hatred whilst peacefully praying at their mosques.

“Side by side, we are against such terror”.
