Talk radio legend Rush Limbaugh opened his program Monday discussing reaction he received from a monologue he gave last week decrying the New York Senate’s passage of a bill allowing for the murder — yes, murder — of viable unborn babies up to full term, as well as outside the womb if they happen to survive the abortion procedure.

Limbaugh particularly noted his disgust — and the disgust of tens of millions of Americans — to the chamber’s reaction when the bill passed: Cheering. And not only did Satanic Democrats cheer passage of the bill, but Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who gleefully signed it, ordered lights on New York’s tallest buildings illuminated in pink as a celebratory gesture.

This, he said, is the modern Democrat Party that many conservatives and Republicans fail to recognize: Literally the party of suffering, the party of murder, and the party of death, and that would include supporters of POTUS Donald Trump if they could get away with it.

Case in point: The actions of an Obama-appointed judge, Amy Berman Jackson, who was assigned to hear the case against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.

As you may recall, Manafort was indicted by special counsel Robert Mueller in February 2018 for “secretly lobbying on behalf of a foreign government without registering as a lobbyist,” the Washington Post reported. At the time, the charges struck Mueller opponents as extremely odd if not vindictive, given that the Obama Justice Department investigated Manafort for the same thing — acting on behalf of the government of Ukraine — in 2014 but did not find enough reason to charge him.

Over the course of hearing his cases, Jackson has been abnormally abusive to Manafort’s legal team as well as to Manafort himself.

In November 2017, she issued what was basically a gag order “limiting public statements about the cause by lawyers involved and by the defendants,” Politico reported. In February 2018, she scolded Manafort and his legal team over a statement issued by Manafort’s spokesperson that maintained his innocence despite guilty pleas by a longtime aide, Rick Gates, that had been issued earlier.

The collapse has already begun

“I can understand the impulse to not let that go by without stating your innocence, [but] in issuing that statement about the prosecution, I believe it’s contrary to the order” she initially issued, she said in court. Why would she object to Manafort doing what every defendant does — publicly declare their innocence?
