Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old Polish model and aspiring actress just days after they met.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe in a new legal filing, alleges that Weinstein forced her to touch his penis in his New York City apartment in 2002.
Court papers filed in Manhattan on Wednesday claim Weinstein went on to harass and emotionally abuse the woman for nearly a decade and blocked her from having a successful career.
Weinstein’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, slammed the allegations as ‘preposterous’.
The woman claims she met Weinstein at an event for her modeling agency Next and three days later agreed to meet him for a business lunch.
She alleges Weinstein took her to his SoHo apartment where he ‘wasted no time in aggressively and threateningly demanding sex’, according to the court documents first obtained by the New York Post.
‘Weinstein threatened and pressured Jane Doe, saying that he had ‘made’ the careers of Penelope Cruz and Gwyneth Paltrow, and that neither would be working without him.
‘He then took off his pants and forcibly held Jane Doe while taking her hand and making her touch and massage his penis.’
