Rep. Lee Zelden joined Stuart Varney on Varney and Co. today to discuss the latest political developments.
During the discussion Stuart asked the Jewish-Republican representative what he thought of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s recent attacks on Israel.
Lee Zelden said Ocasio-Cartez doesn’t know what she has no idea what she’s talking about.
“Rep. lee Zelden: She has no idea what she’s talking about and she’s getting her ideas from organizations that are pro-Palestinian and anti-Israeli. They will say there’s an illegal occupation of Palestine. And these are the same people when you’re teaching your class to college students the professor will put up a map of the Middle East and where it’s supposed to say Israel it will just say Palestine… She has no idea what she’s talking about. She needs to study the borders and history… With regards to the person who is going to be a new congressman from New York, is that her new Democratic colleagues from all across the country they’re not speaking out with disagreement with everything she’s saying… Notice from one issue to the next they aren’t disagreeing with her. This is the Democratic Party. This isn’t the fringe anymore.
