Liberals Target Microsoft For Working With ICE on Software to Keep Americans Safe

Liberals are taking aim at Microsoft for working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement as Silicon Valley tech workers continue their revolt against conservatives and the Trump Administration.
Over 100 Microsoft employees have also joined the protest calling for their employer to cancel their contract with ICE, where they are helping to build better facial recognition and identification technology to keep Americans safe.
The employees of the company signed on to an open letter complaining about children and teenagers being separated when they attempt to enter our nation illegally.
“We believe that Microsoft must take an ethical stand, and put children and families above profits,” the letter, which was addressed to the chief executive, Satya Nadella, said. “As the people who build the technologies that Microsoft profits from, we refuse to be complicit. We are part of a growing movement, comprised of many across the industry who recognize the grave responsibility that those creating powerful technology have to ensure what they build is used for good, and not for harm.”
