Undeterred, Pilling allegedly returned to the hotel a few hours later, this time armed with a metal pole, and allegedly tried to break into the hotel kitchen.

Security quickly apprehended the intruder and called police.

NYPD offices how responded to the scene reportedly discovered a note on Pilling, which stated that he intended to harm President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and aide Jared Kushner.

Pilling was arrested at the scene on a charge of criminal trespassing.

Jared and his wife, Ivanka Trump, currently live in the tony Kalorama Heights section of Washington DC with their three children.

Kushner, 37, who serves as senior adviser to his father-in-law, President Trump, was last seen in public on Friday night in DC.
