BREAKING: Secret Service Scrambles After Vehicle Strikes Barrier Near White House

According to the Secret Service, an individual driver of a “passenger vehicle,” has struck a security barrier near the White House. The female driver of the vehicle was immediately apprehended by Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers.

“This vehicle was not anywhere close to the White House itself,” reports CBS News’ Major Garrett.

“Not close to the North Lawn of the White House. Not close to Pennsylvania Avenue,” added Garrett.
