Attorney Jordan Sekulow joined Shannon Breane on Monday night to discuss the Susan Rice memo released by the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier in the day.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley uncovered an unusual email former National Security Advisor Susan Rice sent herself on January 20th 2017–Donald Trump’s Inauguration Day.

Rice wrote the email to herself on her last day in office to document a January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting between President Obama, former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yatesregarding the spying operation on Donald Trump.

The Obama administration used dirty FISA warrants based on DNC opposition research to spy on the Republican candidate and his entire team during the 2016 election and transition period.

Jordan Sekulow: Again, two weeks and a day later, her last act as National Security Advisor on the day President Trump is being inaugurated, the minutes she has left in the White House, she memorializes a meeting from two weeks ago. I tend to believe Shannon, this is my honest belief on this, is that this was Susan Rice’s attempt to blunt someone who either saw this meeting taking place. It may have been someone on the outskirts of the meeting, not a principal but someone who attended and ultimately this would come up. So she wanted to memorialize it so it did not look like something the White House under the Obama administration was trying to hide.
