Deputy White House Press Secretary Raj Shah went on with Stuart Varney on Thursday morning to discuss the much anticipated release of the House Intelligence FISA memo.

Raj Shah said the President will be briefed today and will make a decision on the classified memo.

Then after President Trump makes his decision Congress will release the memo.

“Raj Shah: This is fundamentally a legislative document and a legislative process. They voted this out of committee. We as a White House will consider anything the House Intelligence Committee were to vote out and work it through the same process… We believe again the public has a right to know. Again this is a legislative document. We will give it back to the legislature and they would make a call on how to release it.
