VLADIMIR Putin has tested game changing new weapons and military equipment never before used in war, it can be revealed.

Putin’s army is testing the secretive “destructive” arsenal of weapons and military kit at a range in southern Russia.
Russian general Oleg Kislov said weapons based on “new physical principles” are being tested at the range in the southern region of Astrakhan.
“The testing range ensures research to create and test weapons and military equipment based on new physical principles,” he said.
The cryptic phrase “new physical principles” is used by military officials to describe weapons never before used in warfare, according to Russian media.
Research is being carried out to further advance these mysterious weapons, the Russian defence minister said.
Kislov did not reveal the exact capabilities of the weapons.
But he said tests of early missile attack warning and air defence systems are currently taking place at the range.
Work to develop new silo-based ballistic missiles is also under way, he said.
