Three people have died and two left in critical condition after a shooting took place in a Baltimore-area business park on Wednesday morning.

Police said Radee Labi Prince, 38, shot five people at Advanced Granite Solutions in the Emmorton Business Park, around 20 miles northeast of central Baltimore, shortly after 9am.

He then fled the scene in a car and is now at large and ‘armed and dangerous,’ police have warned. Businesses and schools remain on lockdown, WBALTV11 reported.

A ‘tactical situation’ also appears to have developed in Elkton, around 35 miles away, after police found a wanted car, the station reported.

At least two people have been hospitalized, Shock Trauma told ABC2. They are in critical condition.

An incident was ‘going down’ near a Motel 6 close to the business park, WBALTV11 reported. A heavy police presence – including FBI and SWAT teams – was observed.

Police are reportedly seeking a specific car and suspect. The car reportedly had Delaware tags.

Authorities are asking the public to avoid the park, located on Emmorton Park Road near Edgewood Road.

Witness Mike Sullivan, with RE Michel Company, told WBALTV11 about what occurred prior to the shooting, according to his friend.

‘Next door we have another business that we know pretty well, and as we were outside talking the guy said that he heard a bunch of arguing that calmed down,’ he said. ‘Then, he heard a bunch of more arguing.

‘He said it sounded like a big huge fight going on and then next think he knew he heard some noises – didn’t sound like gunshots or didn’t really think it was gunshots – but the next thing he knew that’s when all chaos broke out.’

Businesses in the area have been placed on lockdown, as have nearby hotels and schools, and police are advising people to stay away from the area.
