A map of Panem’s 12 Districts. Note that Capitol City is located in Colorado, precisely where the Federal government is moving much of its operations, to Colorado. This parallels the United Nations approach to the creation of 10 districts in the U.S. in 1972.
Ft. Collins, Colorado is the darling of the global elite. Why? Because Ft. Collins is the leader for American cities in Agenda 21. Colorado in general, has become the home of the CIA and other governmental agencies. It has long been known that when DC is destroyed, all government operations will be openly run out of Colorado.
Predictive programming accounted for his in the initial Hunger Games movie in which the government was headquarterd in Colorado as depicted in the Hunger Games’ map.
There is a large stash of UN medical supplies at a factory in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Foreign troops are everywhere throughout No. Coloraod and So. Wyoming.
I interviewed Paul Martin and he is talking about an increased UN presence along with the emergence of medical supplies. UN medical trucks are routinely photographed throuhout the United States.
