ALL BUT ONE OF THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS DECIDED TO PROTEST BY STAYING IN THEIR LOCKER ROOM, DURING THE PLAYING OF THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AT THIS AFTERNOON’S GAME IN CHICAGO.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Take a good look people, this is what an everyday patriot looks like. Someone who has the guts to stand against the opposition and take a stand for what’s right. Alejandro Villanueva knows that standing with your hand over your heart for the playing of our National Anthem is the right thing to do. Taking a knee and disrespecting the country that made you wealthy is the wrong to do. I believe that Colin Kaepernick’s original protest, while misguided, was organic and true.
