North Korea poses ‘DEADLY’ threat to the ‘WHOLE WORLD’ unless Kim gives up his nukes
NORTH Korea’s nuclear ambitions pose a threat that may be “catastrophic for the world”, a top United Nations (UN) ambassador has warned.

Kim Jong-un continues to refuse to give up his ambition for missiles capable of striking the US with nukes as a new raft of UN sanctions are slapped on Pyongyang.
British ambassador Matthew Rycroft warned there could be global consequences unless North Korea backs down and drops its quest for ICBMs.
His warning came as Kim threatened any “provocation” by the West would be met with a response to “end the US”.
Meanwhile, one of US President Donald Trump’s top advisors said they were ready for a “preventative war” with North Korea.
Mr Rycroft said: “North Korea bears full responsibility for the measures we have enacted today. By acting in flagrant violation of its legal obligations, by going against the will of the Security Council expressed in countless resolutions, North Korea has chosen the path it now finds itself on.
“It is a path that, at a minimum, will lead to further suffering for its own people and at most could prove to be catastrophic for the whole world.
“It does not have to be this way. North Korea should forgo the path of provocation, forgo the path of further escalation.”
He called on Kim to “halt and reverse” his nuclear programme and said the new sanctions cut the lifeline that “sustains his deadly ambitions”.
