Democrat Party Deputy Chair Keith Ellison pushed Cuban and Russian healthcare at a rally last week in Washington DC.

“Keith Ellison: Why is it that countries like Cuba or Canada or Russia spend half of what we spend per capita and have better care than we do? The reason is because our system is not designed to keep people healthy. It is not designed to keep people well.

Of course, the failed American system he is talking about was designed and brought forth by the Democrat Party.
