The German Chancellor was caught pulling the exhausted expression as she chatted with the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
In the footage, Angela Merkel can be seen discussing a topic at length with Mr Putin before she pulled the savage exasperated look.
Both leaders were caught up making hand gestures as Mr Putin kept pointing to make his point.
But it appeared as if Ms Merkel and the Russian had disagreed over a subject as the German’s facial expression told it all.
Ms Merkel rolled her eyes before nodding as she quickly returned to listening to Mr Putin.
It is not clear what the pair were talking about, but conflict in Syria, and North Korea’s warmongering are high on the agenda, as is the migrant crisis, climate change and global trade.
President Donald Trump hailed his head-to-head meeting with the Russian President as “tremendous”.
He told reporters: “President Putin and I have been discussing various things and I think it’s going very well.
“We’ve had some very, very good talks. We’re going to have a talk now and obviously, that will continue.
