There has been an incident on Paris’ Champs Elysees, which has been cordoned off, with heavy police presence amid reports that a car has burst on fire, potentially following an explosion. One man on the ground according to eyewitness reports.
According to AFP, the French police say the car ramed a police van before bursting into flames. The suspected attacker was ‘downed’ after driving into police car on Champs-Elysees and the driver has been arrested, according to Reuters and AP.
