BREAKING: Police storm busy Orlando business park after mass shooting, up to five dead

POLICE have stormed a busy industrial park in Orlando, Florida, to reports of casualties following a shooting.

Local reports suggest five people have been shot dead, but these remain unconfirmed.

The industrial area is located in Orange County, Florida.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they are investigating a shooting at 8am (local time) on Forsyth Road – near the junction with Hanging Moss Road.They posted on Twitter: “OCSO working shooting scene that has stabilized. Multiple fatalities. Situation contained. Sheriff will brief as soon as info is accurate.”

Forsyth Road has been shut down between University and State Road 50, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.

The crime scene was located in a particular industrial park area, and poice officers appeared to be focused on one particular building.

It comes a week before the one year anniversary of the Pulse nightclub shooting in the city, in which 49 people died.
