Putin has assured the cowards who masterminded the deadly attack which left more than 60 people, many of them children, injured will be brought to justice.
The Russian leader has also pledged to back the UK in their fight to hunt down the perpetrators.
He slammed the bloodthirsty group ISIS, saying: “We strongly condemn this cynical and inhuman crime.
“We expect that its masterminds won’t go unpunished.”
The sickening attack on Monday night at an Ariana Grande concert left 22 people dead – including children as young as eight – and at least 64 injured.
Many of the wounded suffered life-changing injuries, including loss of limbs and damage to major organs, and at least 20 are still in a critical condition.
In response to the terror attack, president Putin reaffirmed Russia’s “readiness to step up anti-terrorist cooperation with British partners – both on a bilateral basis and as part of broad international efforts.”
