United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz pledged that his airline ‘will do better’ as he was grilled by Congress over the passenger drag scandal.

Tuesday’s hearing by the House Transportation Committee comes almost a month after United sparked worldwide outrage when passenger Dr. David Dao was violently dragged off a flight after refusing to give up his seat to a crew member.

Munoz apologized for the incident again at Capitol Hill, admitting that ‘No customer should be treated the way Mr. Dao was.’

The CEO then discussed some of the changes United had introduced in the wake of the incident, promising: ‘We will do better.’
