The entire Barrett Brown affair is a “canary in the mine” for all reporters.
The Deep State has been suppressing freedom of the press for a very long time. Brown, at one time, was associated with Wikileaks. Because of his past associations, he was targeted and the NDAA was used to put him on ice. Why? Because this reporter spoke out about the Deep State use of contracted services for illegal in gathering of information, and data mining of citizens.
