Putin Is Only Leader Calling for Peaceful Resolution in NK- Why?

It is no secret that here on the CSS, we do not respect the Putin admninistration. They have engaged in flase flag attacks on their own people, forcibly subjugated their neighbors and routinely assassinated uncooperative reporters. Putin is former KGB. As such, he worked for the Russian mafia following the fall the Soviet Union. These facts are indisputable. However, there is one question that remains. It is an enigma.
Why is Putin the only one calling for a peaceful in North Korea?
