WASHINGTON, D.C. – Infowars.com has confirmed this morning that the same FISA order used to place electronic surveillance on Carter Page, a businessman who served a minor role on the Trump campaign, was also used against Paul Manafort, formerly Trump’s campaign manager, and Roger Stone, a longtime Trump political adviser.

“This was essentially reported by the New York Times on Jan. 19, 2017,” Stone told Infowars.com in an exclusive telephone interview. “But since proof the Trump campaign was under Obama administration electronic surveillance does not fit into the mainstream media narrative, this information out there in plain sight has been ignored.”

On Jan. 19, 2017, reporters Michael S. Schmidt, Matthew Rosenberg, Adam Goldman, and Matt Apuzzo, published in the New York Times an article under the headline, “Intercepted Russian Communications Part of Inquiry into Trump Associates.”

The first paragraph of the article read as follows: “American law enforcement and intelligence agencies are examining intercepted communications and financial transactions as part of a broad investigation into possible links between Russian officials and associates of President-elect Donald J. Trump, including his former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, current and former senior American officials said.”

The New York Times story made clear Manafort was “among at least three Trump campaign advisors” who were under Obama administration electronic surveillance.

“The other two [in addition to Manafort] are Carter Page, a businessman and former foreign policy adviser to the campaign, and Roger Stone, a longtime Republican operative,” the New York Times article continued.
