ISLAMIC STATE militants are planning one final horrifying act of terror before dispersing into the desert once their stronghold in Raqqa falls, enemy forces have warned.

The Tabqa Dam was at the centre of a furious battle in March between jihadis and the British SAS, along with US Navy SEALs and US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
The jihadis were pushed back to the southern end of the three-mile dam where they remain, sources claim.
It is the south end, which is in the hands of the terror group, which covers the main channel and flood gates, as well as operational buildings and a hydroelectric plant.
In the same assault, on March 21, SAS forces were parachuted in and took control of the Tabqa air base.
But there are now fears ISIS will plot to smash open the dam sending water and debris crashing for miles around – killing tens of thousands of people in a massive suicide mission.
A freedom fighter based in northern Iraq told express.co.uk ISIS are suffering heavy defeats around Raqqa.
