The seething leader accused party members of “pulling the wool over people’s eyes and taking shortcuts” in a furious rant.
He said there were “weak units” among the top party committees who were “whining as if falling into the idea of defeatism”.
In what appeared to be a desperate attempt to maintain a vice-like grip on his hermit state, he said those unable to complete “main revolutionary tasks” should “seriously reflect” on whether they were “necessary” for the party.
Kim then pledged all-out efforts to eliminate “administrative, bureaucratic tendencies” according to the NK News website.
The dictator blamed these certain tendencies for the fall of failed communities regimes including the Soviet Union.
