Car Bomb Explosion Hits Somalian Capital Mogadishu’s Port, Heavy Gunfire Follows

A car bomb attack targeted the Mogadishu seaport on Sunday morning. It was reportedly followed by a heavy gunfire. Nearly 10 people are feared dead.
Ambulances were sent to the scene. The number of victims is estimated between three and more than 10 by different sources.
“So far, three civilians have died and seven others were injured,” Major Abdikadi Ahmed, a police officer investigating the attack, said as quoted by Reuters.
The al-Shabaab terrorist group has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack.
