Hillary Clinton is ‘definitely guilty’ of law-breaking activity when it comes to her emails, Rudy Giuliani, a former U.S. attorney, assessed this morning.
Clinton deleted 33,000 emails from her server and had it acid washed, he said, and she knowingly made false statements about her communications.
‘We know she had intent. Comey is just dead wrong,’ Giuliani told Fox and Friends this morning, referring to FBI Director James Comey’s July recommendation that Clinton not be prosecuted.
Top Clinton aide Huma Abedin could be in big trouble, too, Giuliani, asserted.
