>EDITOR’S NOTE: Making one of her ultra-rare appearances on the campaign trail the other day, Hillary Clinton appeared before a tiny crowd in Florida to welcome the hundred or so people who gathered at a high school gym to hear her speak. She was addressing the crowd when latino members of the audience began shouting “you killed Berta Cáceres”, “you’re responsible for her death”. Hillary immediately got flustered, dropped the mic and walked briskly away.
