BREAKING: Bomb squad sent to Denver International Airport as terminal shut down
PART of Denver International Airport – America’s largest – has been placed on lockdown after a suspicious item was found.

Police are investigating the package found at around 7.30am local time (2.30pm GMT) at America’s largest airport, in terms of total area.
A portion of the airport has been sealed off to passengers while the incident is dealt with, airport spokesman Heath Montgomery said.
He added police have roped off a drop-off approach area in the west of the airport.
A statement posted on the airport’s official Twitter account said: “Due to police activity passenger drop-off on level 6 West is not available.
“Please use East Side. Officers are investigating suspicious item.”
