POLICE in Germany are hunting a suspected paedophile after an attack on a five-year-old girl in a fast food restaurant.

Detectives in the north-western city of Mönchengladbach are scouring CCTV footage in a bid to trace the man before he strikes again.
They said the suspect went straight to the toilet area of the KFC restaurant and lay in wait in the ladies’ room.

The young victim was visiting the restaurant with her parents and went to use the toilet on her own.
The attacker then forced his way into an unlocked cubicle and carried out the sickening attack.
Officers said CCTV footage showed the man spent stayed close to the toilets for the whole time he was in the restaurant and then fled after the attack before driving away in an older black VW Touran.
