City of Cleveland documents detail the extensive police state deployment and surveillance being implemented at the 2016 RNC.

500 local law enforcement officers and as many as 2,500 city law enforcement officers are set to police the event in coordination with other intelligence agencies.

FEMA has been playing a significant role in the training and planning of emergency situations that could arise, while the city confirms that they are prepared to facilitate mass arrests.

The city’s courts will be open 24/7 for booking and processing of arrested citizens with as many as 130 court officials at work.
