Attorney General Loretta Lynch ‘fully’ intends to accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and federal agents make in the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server – even if that means indicting her – the nation’s top law enforcement official said on Friday.

She said the decision of whether to charge and prosecute Clinton would be made by ‘career’ supervisors at DOJ and the FBI.

‘The recommendations will be reviewed by career supervisors in the Department of Justice and in the FBI, and by the FBI director, and then as is the common process, they present it to me and I fully expect to accept their recommendations,’ Lynch said at a panel in Aspen Friday.

‘The Attorney General expects to receive and accept the determinations and findings of the Department’s career prosecutors and investigators, as well as the FBI Director,’ a Justice Department official told the Associated Press.

The revelation comes amid a controversy surrounding an impromptu private discussion that Lynch had Monday aboard her plane on the tarmac at a Phoenix airport with Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton.
