A Chemical/Biological Attack Upon America Has Been Planned by the Elite

Ex-federal officials belonging to virtually every alphabet soup agency are continuing to early retire and bug out from their present location. They know what is coming. The ground swell of Trump-led populism will not be tolerated by the criminal elite. Before they forfeit their free trade agreement and the benefits enjoyed by their multi-national corporations, due to illegal immigration, they will fight back against the rising tide of global defiance from the people. Their Trump card (pun intended) is to unleash mass genocide against the people in the form of a chemical/biological/nuclear (CBN). Then the perpetrators will blame ISIS and the fact that they had no idea that ISIS was capable of such an attack, in multiple locations.
The ex-federal officials, turned refugees know what is coming. I am intimately aware of what these former FEMA/DHS types are doing and why? Because I have worked along side some of them (see below).
Ex-FEMA Relocations
Over three years ago, recently retired officials from FEMA/DHS are relocating to the rolling hill areas, in North Carolina. Their enclave contains resources consisting of air, water, food and guns. These enclaves also include underground structures which are sensibly self-contained and can serve to isolate the inhabitants from the outside. I have two sources on this information which includes a family member and a retired FEMA official who has chosen not to participate in this relocation. The nonparticipant ex-official from FEMA did not seek sanctuary with these groups because he feels that several of these enclaves will be targeted for destruction by the powers that be because of the knowledge contained by the inhabitants in this case of “dead men tell no tales.” This also makes sense because it would allow the elite, following the coming cataclysms, to rewrite history in their own version without any contradiction from knowledgeable individuals that know what really has gone on. This insider knowledge is a threat which would serve as an obstacle to the new truth. Personally, I think this view has a great deal of merit.
Over three years ago, I was told very clearly by some of these refugee/informants, and they were clear on one point, when Americans begin to see the massive shifting of military assets accompanied by an increase in the sightings of foreign military, the fun is about to begin. When we see the presence of the UN on American soil, this is a harbinger of bad things to come. And this is what we unquestionably saw during Jade Helm 15 and now during UWEX 16.
