The former London mayor said voters had a “sense of duty” to back Brexit as he addressed a crowd of 200 people at Armada House in Bristol city centre with Dr Liam Fox.
During a lively speech, Mr Johnson described the Vote Leave campaign as being a David and Goliath struggle.
He said: ”We have passion and courage and a sense of duty.
“This is not just the time to unshackle Britannia from her chains – though it certainly is – it’s a time to speak up for freedom across the whole continent.
