The latest data to be leaked in connection with the Panama Papers scandal reveals the names and details of thousands of offshore companies including those of 36 Americans who have been accused of financial misconduct.

The easily searchable online database includes the names Americans who have been convicted of fraud or other crimes.

Six Americans listed in the papers were accused in a lawsuit in federal court in the state of Washington for using an offshore company to run a Ponzi scheme that cost thousands of middle-class Indonesians nearly $100 million.

The names were made available by International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, based on the massive trove of information discovered on the finances of the rich and powerful.
