Donald Trump began his first day as the all-but-rubber-stamped Republican presidential nominee by declaring that his likely opponent Hillary Clinton ‘should suffer’ for putting classified documents on a private email server as secretary of state.
‘She should not be allowed to run in the election,’ Trump said in a phone-in interview on MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ program the morning after his chief rival Sen. Ted Cruz dropped out of the race.
‘She should suffer like other people have suffered who have done far less than she has,’ Trump declared.
‘Bernie Sanders said she’s got poor judgment. And she does. You look at the email scandal. She shouldn’t even be allowed to run.’
