Is Russia, Israel or an Islamic Terror Group Planning to Attack Southern Turkey Soon? – US State Dept Seems to Think So!

The US State Department has announced, that they are pulling all families of diplomats and military personnel out of southern Turkey, a travel restriction, allowing only absolute necessary visits to the country by government personnel has also been issued.
There could be only two possibilities why the State Department has done this.
The first would be the US has been informed that an imminent attack on Turkey has been planned, such an attack would have to come from either Russia or Israel.
Secondly, the US has credible intelligence of a planned terrorist attack in Turkey. If this is the case such an attack would be a massive one in area and possibly could involve the use of suitcase nukes. Such a terrorist attack could come from various terrorist factions operating in Syria and or Iraq which border Turkey.
In any case, the US State Department does not take these actions unless something big is up.
