The four remaining occupiers of a wildlife refuge in Oregon have been indicted by a grand jury today despite telling cops they will not leave while under the threat of arrest.

Sean Anderson, 48, and wife Sandy, 47, from Riggins, Idaho, are still involved in the armed standoff with FBI agents alongside David Fry, 27, of Blanchester, Ohio, and Jeff Banta, 46, of Elko, Nevada.

The group are now charged with felony conspiracy involving the use of intimidation to prevent federal officers from doing their work, a charge which carries a maximum sentence of six years.

The indictment likely buries any chance that the foursome will leave on their own, raising the prospect of another armed confrontation a two weeks after LaVoy Finicum was shot dead.

Also charged are Malheur National Wildlife Refuge standoff leader Ammon Bundy and 11 others who are already in custody.
